Your first consultation
Tell me where your property is and what you would like to do. We arrange a private visit or an online meeting to discuss your ideas and priorities. You do not need every detail decided.

Your space and 3D design
We study your plans and photos, or I visit to measure. We develop the layout in 3D and review the proposals together, remotely or in person.

A clear proposal
We define cabinetry, finishes, worktops and appliances. You receive a written quote explaining what is included, expected timelines and conditions.

Order, delivery and fitting
After approval and measurement checks, I coordinate ordering, delivery and installation with specialist kitchen fitting companies. I remain your point of contact after delivery, including for any issues and aftersales support.
Starting online does not replace final checks at the property. Measurements are verified before ordering; products, timelines and services are defined in the proposal.

Hello, I’m Sergio.

Over five years designing kitchens on the Costa del Sol.
I studied interior design and architecture in Granada, completed an interior design degree in Birmingham and undertook an internship in Padova, Italy.
Before COSTAHAUS, I managed a kitchen department and the complete client journey: samples and materials, design, home measurement visits, quotes, sales, ordering and installation coordination with several fitting companies. I also handled issues, aftersales and follow-up, and designed the kitchen showroom. I have also attended Nobilia’s new product showcases on several occasions.
With COSTAHAUS, I bring that education and practical kitchen experience together to work directly with you. Private consultations, at your property or remotely, and personal attention throughout design and project coordination.

You can start planning your kitchen without being in Spain. The key is sharing the right information and agreeing which decisions can be made online and which require someone at the property.

Why do you work through private consultations?
I have chosen to work directly with my clients, at their property or remotely. Each consultation is dedicated to understanding your home, listening to your priorities and reviewing the project with you. Personal contact continues through design, decisions and coordination of ordering and fitting.
Do you have a shop or showroom?
COSTAHAUS operates without its own showroom. We work through private visits to your property or online meetings, with direct contact with me. We agree how you will see samples and check finishes before confirming your kitchen.
Can we work together if I live outside Spain?
Yes. Send me plans, photos and references. We can develop and review the design by email, WhatsApp or video call, in English or Spanish. For a Costa del Sol kitchen, we agree property access, measurement checks and the stages that require someone there.
Can appliances and installation be included?
We can plan the project with cabinetry, appliances, worktops and installation coordination. Your proposal will detail exactly what is included and under which terms.
Who installs my kitchen?
Installation is carried out by companies dedicated exclusively to kitchen fitting, with over 20 years of experience on the Costa del Sol. I coordinate the installation with them and remain your point of contact throughout the project. The included work and schedule are set out in your proposal.
Who do I contact if an issue arises?
You contact me. I continue looking after your project after fitting: I receive your enquiry, coordinate it with Nobilia, the worktop company or the appliance manufacturer as appropriate, and keep you informed. If the issue concerns installation contracted through COSTAHAUS, I also coordinate the review with the fitting company.
What guarantees does my kitchen have?
New products sold to you by COSTAHAUS as a consumer in Spain have a three-year statutory guarantee from delivery for lack of conformity. I provide the guarantee terms for the Nobilia cabinetry, worktops and appliances. Any additional commercial warranty complements your statutory rights without reducing them. I coordinate aftersales enquiries for the products we supply.
How much does a kitchen cost?
It depends on the dimensions, layout, materials, appliances and installation. We start with your budget and define a specific proposal. The design scope and any costs are agreed with you before proceeding.
